At Osprey Views we offer three vacation condo unit rentals located in beautiful Captiva, FL that are fully furnished and outfitted to ensure you and your guests get the most out of your vacation. All three units are located in the South Seas Island Resort with gated community access.
The water-front views and sunrises overlooking the Bay, Pine Island Sound and Causeway are a wonderful part of every stay.

4302 Bayside Villas

The perfectly designed apartment is on the top two floors of the building with wonderful views. The main level has a bedroom with two twin beds, full bath, kitchen and dining/living room. The screened lanai looks out over the marina. Interior stairs lead to the top floor with a large master suite, king bed and en suite bath with walk-in shower. Enjoy waking up to a water view. Also on this floor is a large bedroom with two queen beds, bath and a full-sized washer/dryer.
This corner condo has side windows providing cross-breezes and plenty of natural light. The updated kitchen is open to the living room with a breakfast bar for casual dining. Each bedroom has a mounted flat screen TV. Each bedroom has a mounted flat screen ROKU TV for streaming. The condo is fully equipped with games, DVDs, small appliances, dishes, and beach towels.
For your enjoyment, a locker on the ground floor holds beach chairs, cooler with wheels and an umbrella. There are also children’s toys in the pool area.
5222 Bayside Villas
1 Bedroom. 2 Bathrooms. Sleeps 4 Comfortably.
This updated condo on the third floor, easily accessed via elevator, has an unobstructed view of the bay. Watch the osprey soaring over the mangroves, boats going out towards Pine Sound and wonderful sunrises from the glassed-in lanai.
The fully-appointed kitchen is open to the living room which has a mounted flat screen TV and a Blu Ray player. The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and its own bath with a new walk-in shower. A comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed in the living room folds down for extra sleeping. There is a second full bath located off the hall for guests along with a Bosch washer and dryer, so no time wasted with trips to a laundry room!
The porch has been enclosed with large sliding glass doors for additional living space — enjoy dining, entertaining or playing games at the table while enjoying the view. The condo is close to the pool, spa tub, sun deck and gas grills. For your enjoyment, a locker on the ground floor holds beach chairs, cooler with wheels and an umbrella. There are also children’s toys in the pool area.

“My husband and I found the perfect getaway on Captiva to enjoy a long holiday weekend. The view of the morning sunrise and natural wildlife on Pine Island Sound was fantastic. The location was super convenient to a boat ramp for us to put our kayak into the water without it being too busy with a lot of boats. The dolphins in the water with us were awesome to see up close!!! We enjoyed the pool nearby and the location was convenient for us to be able to ride our bikes all over the island. The condo has all of the conveniences that you need with a fully equipped kitchen and all the basics you need for your stay. This one bedroom villa is perfect for a couples getaway weekend.”
