Don’t Hesitate, It’s Great!

“We had a party of 8 and we had plenty of room! The condo is very clean, stocked wonderfully and decorated nicely. The patio view of the marina and the intercoastal is wonderful. The pool is a 2 minute walk and the beach is accross the parking lot. The water was emerald green and perfect for swimming. We had a few questions for the owner and he responded in minutes. Doc Ford’s restaurant is a 3 minute walk and has great food and service for large groups. We can’t wait to go back!”

Clean, Cozy and Convenient

“We had a wonderful weekend at Osprey View! There was even an osprey dining at eye level in the palm tree. We liked being at the bayfront condos away from the hustle and bustle nearer to the main area in south seas. Mary Pat and Peter were extraordinary. They responded quickly to any questions I had.“

Great place for family time!

“It was time to spend some time with our grandchildren, and we chose Captiva this year for catching-up, relaxation, and fishing. Mary Pat and Peter’s condo was perfect since everyone was able to stay and visit in one unit. As advertised, it had everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach was within a short walking distance. They enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony and watching the Osprey and pelicans. My husband was thrilled he could keep our boat at the marina which we could see from the balcony. Overall it was a memorable trip for all of us!“

All the comforts of home!

“Our family visited Captiva Island for the first time and were delighted to find such a gem! The quaint island has a charm of its own. The beaches are beautiful and shells are plentiful. We took a dolphin cruise and enjoyed not only the dolphins, but also learning about the other islands close by and the ocean life. We loved the restaurants and shops all within walking distance. What a treat it was to stay at Bay View! You can watch the sunrise from the kitchen table. We enjoyed many meals and games around the table with the incredible water view. We found everything we needed for our stay in this well kept condo. The washer and dryer were an added bonus with all the sandy clothing. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards were a welcome surprise for our time at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the Murphy bed was fun for our children. The owners were very helpful as well! We hope to come back to this lovely condo and enjoy this slice of heaven!”

Perfect getaway

“My husband and I found the perfect getaway on Captiva to enjoy a long holiday weekend. The view of the morning sunrise and natural wildlife on Pine Island Sound was fantastic. The location was super convenient to a boat ramp for us to put our kayak into the water without it being too busy with a lot of boats. The dolphins in the water with us were awesome to see up close!!! We enjoyed the pool nearby and the location was convenient for us to be able to ride our bikes all over the island. The condo has all of the conveniences that you need with a fully equipped kitchen and all the basics you need for your stay. This one bedroom villa is perfect for a couples getaway weekend. It has a murphy bed in the living room that can sleep two more but we thought that would too crowded for more than two. Great welcome instructions gave us all the information we needed for the Wi-Fi access and all the other items available to us during our stay. Thank you!!!!”

Can’t wait to go back!

“We were down in Captiva to celebrate my 30th birthday, had spent a night at a different hotel on the island (outside of south seas resort) and were so disappointed…until we found this property. Mary Pat the owner was awesome, and communicated quickly and was super friendly. We made reservations to spend the rest of our trip at her Bayview condo. We had so much fun! Walking distance to the beach, beautiful pool and hot tub. Also a short scenic walk to the center of town. Safe, gated resort kept in pristine condition. THE VIEW FROM THE DINING ROOM IS AMAZING! Condo was very clean and cozy. We loved it and can’t wait to go back!”
